Purpleheart is one of the most immediately striking hardwoods in the world, with vivid violet-purple heartwood. Dense, strong, and durable, it is as impressive in performance as it is in appearance. With age and UV exposure it deepens to a rich aubergine-brown, making it a characterful choice for furniture, inlay, turning, and statement joinery.
