Panga Panga (Millettia stuhlmannii) is a striking East African hardwood closely related to Wenge, sharing its bold dark colouring and dramatic linear figuring. Dark chocolate-brown to near-black with fine pale yellowish-white streaks, it produces bowls with a strong, contemporary character that are sure to turn heads. Dense and hard with a straight grain, it turns well with sharp tools and rewards careful finishing with a rich, lustrous result.
