A distinctive and characterful pen blank crafted from Knob Thorn (Senegalia nigrescens, formerly Acacia nigrescens), a tough and attractive southern African hardwood found across the bushveld and savanna regions of sub-Saharan Africa. Knob Thorn is prized for its warm colouring, interesting grain, and excellent durability — producing pens with a genuine wild African character.
