False Acacia, also known as Black Locust, is a remarkably tough and durable European hardwood that punches well above its weight. With a warm golden-yellow to olive-brown heartwood and a fine, straight grain, it offers excellent natural durability and a beautiful lustre when finished. Increasingly sought after as a sustainable alternative to tropical hardwoods, it is a superb choice for furniture, joinery, and decorative woodworking.
