Chestnut NyWeb Pads

NyWeb pads are non-woven nylon webbing with an abrasive — either silicon carbide or aluminium oxide — embedded throughout to give an exactly defined cut. Long-lasting, economical, and incredibly flexible, they can be moulded to virtually any shape to reach awkward spaces without removing sharp features or detail.

As the web wears away in use, fresh abrasive is continuously exposed, ensuring a sharp, consistent cut every time. When clogged with dust, simply beat the pad against a suitable surface or clean with a vacuum cleaner.

Available Grades

• Green — 400 grit
• Red — 600 grit
• Orange — 1000 grit — also ideal for applying waxes evenly
• White — Non-abrasive — no embedded abrasive, but the texture of the pad gives an incredibly fine, immeasurable cut; also ideal for wax application
