Chestnut Hard Wax Oil – 500ml

If you're looking for a clear finish that is tough, hard-wearing, and very easy to apply — even on larger areas — Hard Wax Oil is the answer. A particular blend of tough oils combined with special waxes, it dries to an exceptionally resilient finish that will stand up to water splashes, heavy handling, and everyday use. Not indestructible, but impressively close.

Application

• Retains the ease of application typical of an oil — stays wet long enough to achieve a smooth, even finish even on large areas.
• Touch dry and tack free in approximately 20 minutes.
• Ready for a second coat after approximately 4 hours (in normal conditions).
• 2–3 coats recommended for maximum protection.
• Rub down lightly between coats with a fine abrasive.

Gloss Finish

Builds to a bright gloss finish after 2–3 coats. Once hard dry (allow at least 24 hours), it can be brought to an even brighter shine using the Chestnut Buffing Wheel System or Burnishing Cream.

Satin Finish

2–3 coats give maximum protection with a refined, low-sheen satin finish — no bright shine, just a beautifully smooth, durable surface.
