When you want to protect your work without an overpowering shine, Acrylic Satin Lacquer is the ideal choice. A hard-wearing, water-based lacquer in a convenient aerosol format — especially useful on awkward shapes and profiles — it leaves an attractive satin sheen that lets the timber speak for itself while providing genuine protection.

Drying Times

• Touch dry and dust free in approximately 5 minutes.
• Hard dry in approximately 20 minutes.
• Ready for a second coat after a light cut back with a fine abrasive.

Application

• For best results, use over Cellulose Sanding Sealer or Acrylic Sanding Sealer aerosol.
• Aerosol format makes it particularly easy to apply on complex or awkward shapes.

Want More Shine?

If you change your mind and want a gloss finish, the lacquer can be brought up to a high gloss using Burnishing Cream or the Buffing Wheel Kit. Alternatively, simply apply a coat of Acrylic Gloss Lacquer on top.
