Bloodwood Bowl Blanks

Bloodwood is a striking exotic hardwood known for its deep, rich red colour, often intensifying to a vivid crimson with finishing. It has a fine, uniform grain that gives a smooth, consistent appearance and a highly decorative finish. It turns very cleanly on the lathe with sharp tools, producing crisp detail and a glass-smooth surface — controlled cuts are recommended due to its density, but it rewards careful turning with an exceptional result.
